Before the rs, the OS was 2,897,000,000. After the 1000:1 split it would be 2,897,000, which is the number of shares sbrh shareholders own. Then there is 100 million for the old nvob private shareholders, and 300 million for the CEO. That is the way I understood it at least. I'll try to dig up the quoted pr I am thinking of.
