I couldn't agree more. I've watched/been in this stock for nearly a year. Nothing but disappointing. Many of their PR's don't come to fruition, extending every quarter for a year, red financials, and got rid of their auditor that stated concerns of the company staying afloat (see Q2 or Q3 filings for exact verbiage).
People here have been calling bottom here since above .01 and look where we are today. They recently (month or so ago) dropped a couple PR's and pumped this stock and watched the price drop. Then lot of new faces showed up and the volume skyrocketed to all time highs and yet the price continued to drop. Now late filings beyond the extension. Someone stated that missing the deadline is not a big deal. I hope it's not and I hope they really are working so hard that they can't keep their days straight rather than packing their bags and heading for the hills.
