OJB....yes, QMC has an ongoing mutual business relationship w/ the Access2Flow consortium , and as I recall in the original terms of their MOU , QMC is to retain any Intellectual Property [IP] rights for any tech-developments (as related to QD-tech) that may be a bi-product of this relationship.
