I AGREE! Why fully report to SEC and then pull a scam move? Doesn't make sense. SOMETHING MUCH BIGGER AT PLAY HERE...

I plan on holding my shares. AND I HAVE A BUNCH

Sounds logical to me as a food for thought. Of course with no news from Sterling and company...kinda hard to tell. Even then they may have to be very careful of what is actually said. I would look for subtle hints though, if, they make a statement, which I think they will. Each and every time except for the fubar back in Nov. I think it was, it seemed to me that before making a PR statement they wanted to cross t's and dot the i's.
So, at the end of the day it could be a number of things outside of management such as shorting and stock manipulation from out of country. The pps DID raise by almost .40 the morning of and SOMETHING caused that to happen. It certainly was not the news. GLTA

Ever watch American Greed?
Ppl do ridiculous things when it comes to money. Maybe they had debt we don't know about, maybe he go tired of working and figured an easy way out, maybe he wanted to see what he could get away with for future scams.

With insiders selling and ppl quitting, I am thinking the worst. Usually the SEC doesn't just attack random ppl. With so many crooks out there, I think they are busy enough.

I agree totally. The difference we have is I never really thought it was a scam because of the connections, they and the SEC regs, are why I'm even here. "Semi-serious" is the appropriate wording, these guys have too much to lose to be stupid, which they aren't. They are leaders in a new, high potential industry and they know it. Good luck.
