First, the YAGI thing can only go so long before they have nothing more to trade! YAGI can own the patents with one sheet of paper on January 1, 2015. YAGI holds 20% of all proceeds before expenses from this litigation. YAGI can cause us to dilute to Hades and back to the point of several R/S this year. That's long enough in my book and I suspect in any other person's book that is willing to be objective.
