SEC suspended GTGP for lack of the production of their financials. they have never accused Mr. Fallacaro of anything in almost 2 years since that day. Really, you have absolutely nothing that sticks against our CEO.
He is just chugging along and taking care of building his business. He has not been charged with anything. I'm going to bet that the end game here in GTGP will be just great. Things are moving along just fine.
