No not overnight, you're right, but.....

10 months ago EAPH annouced they were getting into the MMJ business - so far nothing

6 months ago EAPH annonuced they were filing for a distributors license with the Canadian Gov't - know proof this was ever done

2 months ago EAPH announced they were filing with the SEC to increase financing from 1mil to 5mil - no filing has taken place as of yet

In a sector where deals are announced daily, some (and me) are wondering why can't these guys get a deal done? Too many answers to that question and all speculation, so I won't even try to answer it.

Makes total sense to me. I, like you, am an average joe investor. Made a few grand off eaph in Jan. and Feb. Waiting for news and a jump in price!!

I'm sitting on 200k shares at the moment. Picked up some cheapies yesterday. I will be holding for the long run, I'm in since sub-penny prices though.
