In my hypothetical, let's assume that anyone who did that had
eight million shares, more or less,@ an average cost of $1.00 P/S to begin with,,..

They would have lowered their Cost Basis by approximately 0.12 P/S to a new C/B of .88 Per share,, as a bonus effect..

Of course those examples show the difference between ACTIVE 'OR' PASSIVE market participation..

Some longs may decide to revise their strategy to one of "Active
Trading", rather than sit and wait for a GRAND SLAM,
that may or may not happen..

(Past experience would suggest .."NOT"..) IMO..
