i have no idea, but it took Tweed almost 2 months to finalize their Reverse Merger, so i am guessing by end of May, maybe sooner, who know's

it won't be next week or the week after

so you have some time to get funds together..LOL

shareholders have to vote, they have to do a name change and register and so on...these things take time
