the schedule has to be updated for sure. the ceo stated holders as of a certain date then later said oh those who hold now. well i had held for 2.5 years till i could not hold any longer and seems to me should be a part of the original commitment (if any forthcoming) without giving private information except where and when i held.

Good question. Companies can't just hand out shares to whomever they want.
