Too much concern about 12-18 months "later" are going to be used for many purposes. I don't understand why so many might think APT will just dump all of them....
Shares are used for various leverage purposes in business, from building partnerships with the usage of shares with convertible dates, incentive plans, expansion, and much-much more.
Just a Theoretical Example (don't kill the messenger)
Look at FB for instance.... There are 1,045 institutional Owners with total shares of 1,302,863,546 WITH NO R/S and still trading at $59 PPS.
Bottom-Line is 12-18 months is a lifetime away right now and probably half the peeps worried about it won't even be here past summer.
