LAMP is one of the mm's that occasionally trades QASP shares. It is really totally irrelevant to the current or future share price.

The mention of LAMP moving to an ask of .25 (where the mm's on the sidelines are parked until they get an order to fill) was merely an attempt to promote buying based on irrelevant facts.

The opposite could have been done by saying that BKRT, CANT, LAMP, MAXM, VFIN, VNDM are all bidding .0001, so they must know something as well and one should sell while they still can.

What is most relevant to the current share price is the billion shares just issued at .00005, and the other almost a billion that were issued in the trip zeros. Those holding those shares are sitting on huge gains, and would like to lock them in before losing them. Some of them may have insider information as to what Donnell's plans are and how she will accomplish them, but none of them should. There may be a way for Donnell to complete the mj deal without decimating existing shareholders, but those considering investing or already invested should be cautious.

It's entirely possible that if the mj company is truly valuable a reverse split will be a part of the deal in order to give them a fair percentage of the resulting company. Why would someone holding interest in a profitable company just give it away to a flight school that is losing money and pinky promoters? If I were them, I would insist on AT LEAST controlling interest in the resulting company if not a lion's share. In order to do that, I see a reverse split of at least 1 for 2 in the cards, and if they want to issue additional shares for additional funding (which is the ONLY incentive for a private company to go public) the rs could be around 1 for 10 or more.

If those sitting on millions of dollars worth of gains are trying to cash in before the terms are made public, that would explain the full court press promotion and the resulting share price stagnation as the billions of shares are sold to retail.

Just a few thoughts to chew on.
