And soon ALL of SVFC's assets will become the property of YA & what a return for them on their initial investment guess it does pay to have lawyers who when they draw up Convertible Debenture Agreements know all of the rules & regulations + any changes to them that may be coming ;-)
the Verbiage in the Convertible Debenture Agreement was quite explicit
