Yep. Your right. I was looking at the wrong stock that went to yield a few weeks ago. CIRC went today, as did a huge number of other stocks. Fills up about 10 pages of OTCQB to OTC pink tier changes on OTC Markets today. Wonder if there is a glitch with SEC?? And doesn't seem to be affecting PPS today - still hovering at 004. So no one is panicking IMO
