I think the serious juicy information they are delaying is massive losses, a balance sheet that is still not clean, no revenue, and new toxic financing... I would delay putting that out as long as possible too! They probably have a team of lawyers trying to figure out how to put a positive spin on "got a loan for 2.1 million dollars that we only saw 1.5 million of due to costs associated with the loan, and we are going to pay back at least 4.5 million dollars to clear it up." Hope they've got some English professors in the room.
