Well that's good and good to see you and SB agree on something.

Now about R/S not affecting stock prices or mkt caps. ask the guys over at AQUM about that. It was .013 when the company first proposed it and I sold that day. It had just been .03 earlier that week. They had a bunch of CV PRs and the freeforall commenced the dumping drove it to the bottom it bounced once like a dead cat and maybe will again but what usually invokes a management to do a R/S is they can't raise any money for expansion or just to pay the rent.

So Why is NSCT thinking R/S?
