I can not tell you who filed the complaints nor exactly why. I don't want to be nor am I involved in any way other than I received the letter as a past stuckholder who lost $.

The time period dates back to 2007/2008 and the company is NOVATEL WIRELESS NVTL, I believe that R/S happened prior to that. I could be wrong on all counts as 60 years of Wall Street baloney cooks your brains. Pennies do it quicker.
