I agree, I am certain the contractor had the required health plan to make sure he was taken care of properly.

In full disclosure of the facts of this injury, which has been discussed here several times already, MSHA completed an investigation and the train had to add some additional safety measures to prevent future injuries.

This is all posted on the MSHA website which I know for a fact has been discussed heavily on this board at least twice this year. Today is the third time.

I know it was no joke and very painful. The lead-miner was injured in a tramming (train) derailing accident that could have been much worse. I think he was off work at least two months or more.

I don't see why most accidents would be required to be disclosed to the shareholders unless they involved a fatality, or a MSHA closure order.
