Encapsol was an interesting product. It really was revolutionary if:
1) It did what the videos showed (dissolve/encapsulate heavy oil even in cold water).
2) It had the boiling point claimed (very volatile).
3) Was immiscible with water.

The combination of high density, high solvation power, low boiling point, and water insolubility showed amazing potential. I actually showed the information to some of my colleagues and got some genuine interest. Alas, like many volatile liquids, it evaporated.

Lee, its not just encapsol, its the whole thing.
Why we even have a second generation Petrozene.
FSNR has been watched and studied for a number of years.
Researched since it's conception.
Lot about this company, past presidents, boards, people they associate with.
And its true, a company can be legal, but not really.
They can claim if worded right almost anything in penny land.
They can project a goal, and never reach it.
Plans can be made, but never obtain it.
Money for machines can be hoped for, but never functional.
This has been a learning process for many I know.
Many have gathered large amounts of DD, as we have been told to do, lol.
We have several posts telling to do DD, so we have.
Boy do we have DD on this company, lol.
Yes they have stayed withing the sec boundary, close, but within.
We would never share false or misleading information about this company, we will only post truth and facts concerning FSNR, as we know it to be.
Who knows, this next forte could happen, right Lee?

Seems one can assume what they want?
No time periods, not client(s) to say they have as of yet, no contract(s) as of today.
Just the ending of one stage to do?
Penny land is a money making market, very few are really working to make something real happen except what it is already doing, lol.
Many desire to see FSNR make petrozene and do what they hope they are reading in the latest blog, sorry, this time, the new and improved petrozene sale this time, more than $6000 worth claimed, by the way, who bought that $6000 worth of Petrozene?
Many want to see machines built as the ORU's were built.
Are the ORU's still functional, that's a catch right there, the term functional, lol.
That can mean it's doing what it was meant to do.
Many want the spike up to let them out, lol.
Some may believe they are really going to do it this time.
But some don't care, just make a run, so they can make a run $$$, out.
Either way, we are here to stay, read the posts, blogs, pr's until it does what ever it does.
