Boy, PRPM may be able to get away without paying its shareholders, but in the real world people do not work for NOTHING!
One would be crazy to do so, or support doing so...
How is PRPM going to retire any shares?
Do you think for one moment that the alleged lender of up to $5mil would lend money to be spent on stock shares?

Yip, agree Lou - while I would have preferred Vortex to have worked-out given their industry experience and contacts, it's not the end of the world.

Luther Jeffries got this started and was the one who acquired them in the first place, so I'm inclined to back him. I still go back to the "cancellation of the R/S" - never seen a CEO do this, and protect shareholders this way, and because of that alone, he has my support.

If the partnership with Vortex wasn't working out, then kudos to Jeffries for nipping-it-in-the-BUD, so to speak ;)

Uhhhh....maybe you should wait and see just what Fields side of the story is. How about NEVER PAID for that acquisition of his Company would be my guess. Your PRESIDENT EDWARD VAKSER makes a CAREER out of pulling that BS. He claims he's buying some Company ONLY so he can release BS PUMP and DUMP PR. Then he NEVER follows through.

So....

1. NOW no one cares about Vortex...
2. NOW no one cares about that specialized weed software that Eddie "sold" to TDEY and gave himself and LOOTER a HALF BILLION SHARES.
3. Now no one cares that they won't be at the Denver Weed show even though PUMP and DUMP PR said they would.
4. Now no one seems to care or question that $5M line of credit and why IT wouldn't pay for two people for 3-4 days at the show in Denver.
5. Now no one seems to ever question that BS PR stating all those Weed Cafes with the first opening in April. So..what's the address in Denver??
