It would work if the inhaled mask was ingested first, giving it time to mask the target cells, followed by an application of injected, swallowed or inhaled FluCide which would then, pre or post infection, clean up the circulating viruses.
A double whammy, so to speak.
Just do NOT apply the mask AFTER FluCide - that would mask the Cide attractant and render the Cide impotent.
