EVIL post# 113052 Post # of 151249 Yes - that would be true - as the last time they hired Sadler they planned to pay them with cash raised by investors in exchange for a convertible debenture to the investors - not the audit firm. Perhaps they never raised the funds? As nothing ever showed up? === And the reason I keep saying it is they already promised financials a couple years ago from the very same auditor at that and they never materialized. Even after they were supposedly paid for by a group of investors who were suppose to receive a convertible debenture in exchange. Thus my skepticism. http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1425905/000000000011060165/filename1.pdf http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1425905/000000000011072537/filename1.pdf http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1425905/000114420412014073/v305398_8k.htm Date of Report (Date of earliest event reported): March 8, 2012 Item 9. Financial Information NanoTech Entertainment has recently changed Audit firms, as noted in its most recent 8K filings, and is working with its new Auditors in an effort to create and file all past due SEC required filings. The Audit firm has agreed to complete the work based on a payment plan that will allow NanoTech to work within a schedule to complete the audits within 90 days of funding. NanoTech Entertainment has identified a group of investors that is willing to work with the firm in order to meet its financial obligations with the new Audit firm and raise $35,000 required to complete the audits through a convertible debenture that will carry a 10% APR for a two year period and the option to convert at a 30% discounted rate. In an effort to identify NanoTech’s status and requirements, the basic information regarding 2010 and 2011 financial information is being filed in this 8K form. Given the budget for the completion of Audits, NanoTech anticipates the ability to file all past due financial forms within 60 days. And what they did after that is file a form 15 and go dark and stopped reporting to the SEC altogether 6 months after that. http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1425905/000147793212002074/ntek_form15.htm So yeah - they made it clear when they WERE reporting to the SEC they were doing an audit - and they never did it. so excuse me for not believing they will do it if they said so in a pinky press release and a hyped up shareholder meeting - that they hired once again the very same auditors from a couple years ago that were supposedly paid and nothing ever showed up.
