I agree completely about the misguided opinions of a reverse split. But I am sorry, Punit's statement has always been that the R/S is not entirely off the table. Every time he has discussed it, he has made sure to say that it is not completely off the table. So, there has been no change in his view that can be taken from his statements.
What can be taken from his statements is that IF ONCS could not do it organically, then a R/S would be considered. Now, if someone honestly think ONCS will not be able to up-list this year without a R/S I would have to question their DD.
I am not saying a R/S is bad. It is just a tool and depending how it is used results in the outcome. The negative sentiment surrounding the issue is something we agree on. That is why I feel it is reckless to say it may be coming, expected, whatever, because it can create unease where there should be none. Especially when there is no reason to expect it based on the company's openly stated strategy.
