I was told by an acquaintance in the oil business about FSNR. I held 4 years then sold when FSNR was on the rise, got up to a little over 90 cents and then starting falling so I sold at 80-85 cents. If I remember correctly it all happened in a very short span of a few days.

I don't believe it would be over if new and improved petrozene doesn't succeed. Peny stocks can trade all the way down to .0001, and that still doesn't mean it's over. This stock can trade for many years as long as the compny officers follow sec rules.
Perhaps they may even succeed (not a sec requirement)
