Isn't their long term goal the nasdaq? Their ss is 2b, they have to do something....
Everything I see a penny do a rs it's always at .25....& it takes them forever to recover....
I do not know too much about rs when it comes to pennies, I know to avoid them....I still do not quite understand why the price does not stay proportionate to the split like bluechips do....
