IMHO- they are in business with Agri-tech. They have to have a functional machine, capable of running at least test samples, possibly even production numbers. If not maybe out sourcing to meet the market till later this year.
It says it straight in the articles they put out "Bio-coal order produced at Vega's Joint Venture torrefaction manufacturing facility, ATP-SC, LLC in Allendale, SC"
You are right that both products use almost the same "production facility" and if VGPR receives enough demand for Bio-coal I wouldn't be surprised if they add on to the capabilities they have at the Biochar Now facilities and start producing Bio-coal there. I do not know how long it takes to make either product but right now we know that VGPR has a large stock of Biochar ready to go to fulfill orders which makes it easy for them to have a quick turn around.
