I'm still kind of fuzzy on that .01 rule. So, does it apply to ALL OTCs or just the OTCQB tier? If Brian's intent is to just get current (Current Pink), then it may not affect SYNJ.

Oh, I found the link:

So this says it's geared toward OTCQB. Failure to meet the .01 requirement for OTCQB would result in a "downgrade" to OTC Pink status.
