It's faster and less expensive to reverse merger. They picked a great company to rm with too. Not much going for them at the time. Apt has got its eye on the ball here. Look at some of the credentials of the board of directors. There are some very smart people associated with this company. Can't wait for the name change and APTs numbers to come out.
