Just read little more...otc stocks yes start requirement for .01. not every stock all at once gets dropped down to pinks all at once...its based on yearly fin release.. They have until Dec for this one...and a stock like Aqum for example has this May and will certainly be dropped... again just do your homework. before you give part of story!
