I heard that all parties are continuing to talk. That does not seem like its dead which can explain the silence. If this is the case, clearly Tullow wanted to pause before it's April deadline to reevaluate and get more comfort. If they can get there, this deal is not dead. Ray better come through. Right now he's on my adds no value to anyone shit list.
