No problem:)...but one thing is certain, the filing was NOT due yesterday because SVFC is still trading on the OTCQB:)...and another thing is certain, the below information quoted yesterday was WRONG!

just off the phone w/ OTC Markets & SVFC's 10K is due today by close of the Edgar filing system (where OTC gets their info) ...usually 4:30-5:00PM EST.

If not OTC's system will downgrade them to limited tomorrow after review.
