OTCQB Bid Test 5/1/14

Ok. So many were using these new OTCQB requirements as scare tactics.

I'll be clear when talking about this now. Effective 5/1/14, OTCQB companies have a year to institute the new requirements and then another 120 days to be in compliance from their FYE.
