The CEO of Burrito Box made that statement, they just quoted him. Besides he later states that they are franchising in all 50 states, it is possible they haven't opened up in those states but have franchises in all 50 ready to go. Maybe someone should call the CEO of Burittobox for clarification, since it was HIM that made that statement.

Denis Koci, CEO of the Los Angeles-based Box Brands, and owners of the Burritobox, said that the company's growth will be rapid. "We're in all 50 states and licensing territories internationally," Koci told Specialty Retail Report. "My goal is to have 1,000 kiosks in the market internationally within 12 months."

"We are building a high volume of corporate-owned and operated kiosks," Koci stated. "We are also franchising in all 50 states and Canada, and have received a tremendous amount of inquiries to franchise with us, so we believe this will be a big growth avenue for us."
