As I said, series B common shares which are reserved for the second round of financing when the company has achieved certain milestones and hence the reason they were more expensive this time around at .001. They may have more voting rights than series A, not sure in this case, but they're still common shares acquired at .001 and directly owned by the respective officers or insiders listed.
