Difficult to say. Usually this kind of volume is just dilution or debt conversion and all sells. Today they are buys. Looking at the trades it seems one or two people got some big bunch of shares (does not seem like many different buyers). I would say just speculation from someone with big pockets, perhaps someone frontloading. Or a desperate attempt from a holder to clear 2's. Can be anything. Don't expect too much from it, although it's a bit unusual.
