8 miles from my house, Sonic recently leased a building that had housed an Arby's. This was 6 weeks ago. Today, when you drive by the site, crews are at work doing the reno inside and out. Huge signs are posted by the road informing the public of the change. Expected grand opening date is May 1st. People in town are buzzing about it. Isn't this how it should be done???
