What is with all the conspiracy theories?? First, why Thursday, the company has 90 days from the notification. Second, according to the conference call their primary concern was raising cash for ongoing studies. Doesn't sound like a company that is going to fold when their speaking about the future and not about the now. Worst case scenario they settle this thing out of court if it's even an issue at all. IMO. MCET has been around for many many years I'm pretty sure if management was inept the door would have been closed years ago.
