Insiders maybe selling shares is waft I stated among other possibilities . Yes , F.K could possibly step in . Look at it this way though ... I have been trading this since Nov. 2013 and I am grateful for the swings in pps over these last 5 1/2 months . I have made some really nice coin and was able to still hold a core amount (large position) of shares that have paid for themselves time and time again . Do I want this to go to .50 ? Of course and I believe it will but for now I'm more than happy to take these cheapies and knowing full well I am going to profit from them within a week . Time and time again . Sometimes you have to take what they are giving. , right ?

I still think it is Conversions since the OS travels with the Float. I also notice that WNTR is not fully reporting as we haven't seen any 8-Ks for this or the debt reduction. I am pretty darn sure its the company selling as they did in the prior runs. Hopefully the shares to cash conversions is going to something gooood. Doubtful its for operating expenses since we really don't have a lot of overhead staff and that new office cant cost this much in advance. We shall see with the quarterly fins which should be out by EOM if history repeats. #WNTR
