#151 RE: puppman #147

Alright guys, I have to admit I have been doing a lot of fretting lately. Why? Because I know one of these days one of our birds is going to sell some shares....it's bound to happen eventually. Why? Because these market caps have increased so much. Just think about it. Let's say that we help show the intrinsic value of a little start-up and all goes well for a time and the pps goes from .0011 to say .011. That's a very nice move...a ten bagger. Well, if the pps goes ten bags then so does the market cap. A company with a market cap of say 5oo,ooo could suddenly become 5,ooo,ooo. From thousands to millions...that quickly. So, now said company has MANY more options...and many more calls from the Bloodsuckers (A.K.A. Mezzanine financiers, promoters, IR guys). We know the power of money runs deep, and eventually someone is going to cave in...that just the reality of life. SO, I've been searching for the best way to determine if said company has sold shares to enhance the company, or to line their pockets. I couldn't figure out what to do....so I called Jon Ginder. Hey, why not? He's the most direct CEO I have ever spoken to, and he's a CEO for a TF (BTW, I wanted to drill him about LBWR too...but more on that later)...the perfect combo, and a nice test. Anyway, I think we have our solution (pretty much just what rrufff told me via PM, BTW...he the real brains here for those that don't know). Here's an exchange from SI that I'm going to move. Check it out, TF friends.

Hey guys, ever wish your favorite flamingo had a CEO that you could trust? Here's the e-mail that NNYG's ( http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=4812 ) CEO Jon C. Ginder sent to me. He is a prayer group leader and sends out inspirational messages at least once a week. Check it out.

Did God Create Evil?

The university professor challenged his students with this question "Did God create everything that exists? "

A student bravely replied "Yes, of course He did!"

"You're absolutely sure that God created everything?" the professor asked again.

"Yes sir," the student replied.

The professor answered, "If God created everything, and since we know evil exists, God created evil, and according to the principal that our works define who we are, then God must be evil."

The professor was quite pleased with himself, and then boasted to the students that he had once more proven that the Christian faith was a myth.

Another student raised his hand and said, "Can I ask you a question professor?"

"Of course," replied the professor.

The student stood up and asked, "Professor, does cold exist?"

The professor replied "Of course it exists. Have you never been cold?" and all of the students snickered at the young man's question.

The young man replied, "I believe that you are wrong, sir. Cold does not exist because according to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is in reality the absence of heat.

Heat is what makes a body, or matter, have, or transmit energy. Absolute zero, or - 460 degrees Fahrenheit is simply the total absence of heat, and so cold does not exist and
cold is simply a word we have created to describe how we feel if we have no heat.

The student then continued on, "Professor, does darkness exist?"

The professor responded, "Of course it does."

The student replied, "Once again you are wrong sir. Darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light.

Light, we can study, but not darkness. In fact we can use Newton's prism to break white light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each color, and a simple ray of light can break into a world of darkness and illuminate it, and then you can measure the amount of light present, but how can you know how dark a certain space is?

So darkness is a just a term created by man to describe what happens when there is no light present."

Finally the young man asked the professor one more question. "Sir, does evil exist?"

Now uncertain, the professor responded, "Of course, as I have already said. We see it every day. It is the daily example of man's inhumanity to man. It is in the multitude of crimes everywhere in the world. These manifestations are nothing else but evil."

To this the student replied, I'm sorry sir, but evil does not exist, or at least it does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just like darkness, and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence of God.

God did not create evil. Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that comes when there is no heat, or the darkness that comes when there is no light."

The professor sat down without responding.

The young man's name --- Albert Einstein.

May God's love fully manifest itself in your hearts this coming week and keep the evil one at bay.

Jon

From http://www.snopes.com/religion/einstein.asp

Claim: While a student, Albert Einstein humiliated an atheist professor by using the "Evil is the absence of God" argument on him.

Status: False.

Example: [Collected on the Internet, 2004]

Guess the guy should have checked his references before he sent out that inspirational message. Kinda makes him sound like a pumper.

Why would you call him a pumper? I don't see anything about stocks in that particular email.

You're looking a little too closely. You don't want to throw out the baby with the bathwater.

Hey, my preacher told the same thing in church a few weeks ago, is he pumper too? For God perhaps. Besides, it's the principle that matters. Great DD to find a counter opinion, but what makes snopes the all knowing authority? They could be wrong. But you know what, this is very ironic the issue you take, over sending out inspirational messages. I wonder why you never seem to point that high powered DD in the direction of inspiration.

I mean come on. The company you are attacking, NNYG, is 100% transparent and 100% reporting (including share revenues). Jon Ginder is a prayer group leader, and had some very powerful information for me today on the topic of dilution. We discussed what his opinions are in the way of what it would take, in his opinion, for a current TF to be banished from the list (since it's bound to happen eventually, since the greed factor over the increased market caps is bound to entice someone). His response might shock you. He said that by law any company that sells shares must have a vote of the board, and an opinion letter. He said that the best way to keep the CEO's in check is to call them if we discover that shares have been sold, and ask why the shares were sold (and perhaps a copy of the opinion letter). Also, he said that any revenues generated should be accounted for on the report. He also went on to say that any CEO that will not fully disclose this info (BTW - he said that the opinion letter is public info....AND the TA has the opinion letter as well!) would obviously not be considered transparent. From a CEO none the less!

So, as it appears, on the topic of dilution, it's a case by case basis, and full disclosure is expected for the TF staff to determine if the shares have been sold for a true purpose to enhance the operations of the company. If any company refuses discloser, then they will be put to a vote! Sweet!

I know that was one long post, but it had to be dealt with. From now on, when I call CEO's. The first thing I am going to do is tell them that we expect full disclosure on all share sales, and then the TF staff will discuss all such sales and determine if we think it's reasonable. Sound like a plan, or what?
