On March 21, 2014, the Company entered into a purchase agreement and acquired 100% of certain assets and liabilities of DLW, PA (a Florida Corporation) in exchange for 5,000,000 shares of the Company's Common Stock. Subsequent to acquisition, the assets and liabilities were transferred to IHA Architectural Corporation, a newly formed, wholly owned subsidiary of Innovative Holdings Alliance, Inc. The new corporation will operate as an architectural design firm.
