We are discussing Hay Mountain. It's premature to say JB "can't" get a deal done. I prefer "has not yet" gotten a deal done. The scientific and imaginative groundwork has been laid for a deal. Let's not leap to a conclusion about can't.

By "imaginative" I'm trying to suggest the art of geological inference. This goes far beyond the science but depends on the science.
