Thanks B! I dismantled that fraud scare tactic report earlier. Really chaps my hide when someone writes an article like we are all stupid and cant see through the bs..

SHABBY MISLEADING REPORT from an individual BREAKDOWN AND REBUTTAL!

Completely disagree with this very shabby, misleading report. Its a bunch of tiny facts about the facets of an R/M mixed with already proven wrong scare tactics.

Quote:
1. What does an e-commerce retailer that sells and ships frozen desserts and a manufacturer of
recreational, utility, and power sports products have in common? The answer is absolutely nothing –
unless you consider Wall Street and the concept of a reverse merger.

This is nothing but a scare tactic, because it has already been stated that all previous FROZ operations will cease...hell they probably never had any ice cream operation to begin with, just the idea that never took off.

Quote:
2. The company faces a multitude of risks including, but not limited to, the fact that their independent
auditors have raised substantial doubt as to their ability to continue operating as a going concern; they
currently (and have always) operated at a loss; they currently generate little to no revenue; they are
largely dependent on their CEO Jonathan Irwin for management and financial assistance; and they
operate in the food gift industry which is very competitive especially given FROZ’s limited product sales
and brand equity.

Nothing but outright misleading and deceptive. You are still talking about FROZ (a shell company with nothing more than an idea of delivering ice cream) Of course they have operated at a loss because they had no real business, hence a SHELL COMPANY. The report totally ignores the fact that this is NO LONGER FROZ or FROZs business model...its now APTs with MULTI MILL IN REVENUES!. So please tell me what the significance of stating a no longer existing or operating company fins will be negative? Who cares if the old shell company was operating in the red... THEY HAVE NO OPERATIONS AND ARE NO LONGER THE FROZ COMPANY. EVERYTHING IN THEIR OLD FROZ 2013 FINS WILL IS IRRELEVANT GOING FORWARD!

The biggest problem with analyzing APT’s potential is the fact that there are no financial statements
available to the public other than the few numbers that the company has previously announced in their
press releases.

Ummm there will be very shortly and they will be audited fins. Regardless of what their actual revenue is when fins released, they wont be far off from what their PR stated. Even if they are less than suggested in the PR, they will have infinitely more than enough to justify a much higher pps than the current .02. Hell cut their projected revenue in half and their pps would still warrant at least .05

Quote:
Although management seems fairly optimistic about the future of MotoVox (and APT in general), I see a
couple of problems with the information in the press release. First, despite Kmart being a big box
retailer, they do not have the presence they once had and have been closing stores across the US for
some time.

You see a couple of problems...really? The problems I see is how you mislead all your followers and reader by only mentioning how K-Mart isnt as prominent as it used to be and is the ONLY retailer you mentioned while failing to list the other giant retailers in the room, COSTCO being the a HUGE one. Costco is only second to Sams Club and the gap between the two is narrowing. You also fail to mention their international dealing with Mexico and soon Europe.

Quote:
Second, if a profitable, multinational and well-run company such as Ford Motor Corp (F) sees
2014 as a “transition year” and the market sells off shares of that company by over 10% on that news,
there is no doubt in my mind that the market will not be happy when APT says 2014 will be a transition
year as well.

Are you really comparing the Ford Motor Company stock movements to APT? LOL.... I feel stupid even giving this a response....smh

Quote:
However, given APT’s lack of experience operating as a public company and without a significant
management and marketing team, the true growth potential of these products and technologies may
never be realized.

Did you not see the All Star Board of Directors that were appointed. There is an abundance of publicly traded company experience on this Board!

Quote:
In my opinion, an investment in FROZ is unwarranted at this time given the reverse merger with the APT
Group, especially given the fact that financials from APT are not currently available and the existing
financials for FROZ are in no way positive.

Again, it matters absolutely ZERO how bad FROZ fins are because that is 2013 info on a company that no longer exists. FROZ fins show nothing and have nothing to do with the new company going forward.

Quote:
Lastly, the fact that the APT Group was previously involved in a similar reverse merger with
ProTek Capital last year and was mutually discontinued, offers additional and unnecessary risk in this
reverse merger with FROZ.

No it doesnt for many reasons. 1. The previous R/M attempt with ProTek Capital never completed, no 8ks in regards to that R/M because it was discontinued right after the Letter Of Intent was PR'd. 2. APT wanted out of that merger because Protech was an MMJ stock and they did not want their family business associated with MMJ. So no that is a flat out lie. Once 8ks were filed the FROZ APT R/M was done and complete. There is no "unnecessary risk" in regards to this RM some how not happening... IT HAPPENED ALREADY.

You should be ashamed of spreading such a shabby, reaching, misleading report to you followers. Time to unfollow you sir.
