True, and with the technology here, they use internal video and biometrics as I understand, "to verify who is using the card is who is registered to the card" ~ Steven Sheren . Correct me if I am wrong ?

Your right but that's where the cops come in. It's their job to patrol, not ERBB's to worry if some kid steals his dad's card etc...
