CW's are not considered reliable witnesses. Many actually recant or do a 180 when having to say the same things under oath.

CW #3 is Seth Fisher: BIO Fits and he worked there:

Process Development Scientist. Peregrine Pharmaceuticals. Public Company; 51 -200 employees; PPHM; Biotechnology industry. July 2010 – September 2012 ...

Seth Fisher
Biotechnology Professional, Discovery and Development of Therapeutic Proteins
Greater Los Angeles AreaBiotechnology

Previous Employers:
Peregrine Pharmaceuticals, Amgen, GlaxoSmithKline

Education:
Boston University

CW3 should have sit in on the FDA decisions that seen "convincing" Phase IIb NSCLC data and approved Phase III and so "convincing" that this data was the foundation for Fast Track Approval.

Wrong. It's sure sounds like the events that already are known and nothing new is unearthed here ! Obviously explanations are needed to detail the events however there is nothing material here to crap yourself over. Bavi works and that's the bottom line.

Good day !

IF CW #3 statements about Abbvie were true, I'm sure execs at Abbvie could corroborate - but that does not appear to have happened.

Frustrated, I believe the arguments you refer to have been dismissed by the judge in earlier rulings.

I admit, and I bet Peregrine admits, we could have avoided a lot of misery if Peregrine had tested the blood samples collected during the course of the trial. Apparently, this is not a requirement. Maybe it was not even permitted, I don't know.

I hope the judge finds Peregrine's arguments as persuasive as I do and shuts down this suit post haste.
