Sad thing is, it's always "a few more years" whenever talking about VSPC. Big contract, financing, profits, just "a few more years" away.

There is also a lot of press that VSPC puts out that works against it.

-Failed MOU in Phillipines (sagay central)
-Failed MOU in Dominican (a scam anyway)
-Failed MOU in Europe
-Failed MOU in Myanmar (what a joke)
-Failed MOU in ...... (where will the next one be!)
-Unverifiable MOU in Pakistan

Just a few more years of Carl cashing his checks and leaving pumpers holding the bag!
