Due to issues surrounding the Global Lock I regret to inform shareholders that Luxuriant Holdings will be unable to attend the Denver tradeshow. The DTC action has caused funding to be delayed until the issue is resolved. Our funding is structured on a draw as needed system which is backed by shares, we are given an allotted amount of time to repay the loans and return the shares to the treasury. Effective immediately, Davyd Field will be resigning from the Board of Directors
