True. But, it's not just about the type of service they provide. It's about their branding. How they can get inside the minds of the public, and that will be taken care of with the campaign.

Example? There are tons of insurance companies out there, providing the same services. I've known people who chose a "certain company with a lizard or pig" (wink)...just because they really liked their commercials and made them laugh.

Trulia is also starting a huge national marketing campaign I believe, (read it online the other day)...I'm sure they aren't the only ones providing a "search for homes" type of service, but it's what makes you stand out from the crowd and that is something I'm hoping TheDirectory.com will accomplish. That and appeasing the public. It's all an emotions game.
