Notes taken during the last meeting:

Medient
1. All in house design build process high wind rated contruction and sound proof for the benefit of movie production.
2. True live work community that is green.
3. Time savings are the key of the construction.
4. Several new film projects being announced in the near future.
5. Phase one to include main studio plan.
6. Construction to begin in 8 weeks
7. Design build team introduced
8. Timeline to be complete by March??? On studio...shell will be complete earlier....updated critical path in 10 days
9. Convertible loans for financing...bank and construction firm to assist
10. Engineering issues being handled by IDA
11. Concerns ...deadlines need to be adjusted ...clarification and cleanup of schedules
12. County needs to be involved with IDA
13. Sewer capacity and road infrastructure.
14. Now that contractor is on board issues should be solved
15. No extension to certain dates will be granted and Manu will have to sign a affidavit attesting to dead dates
16. Site has capacity of water on site.
17. 404 permits are not in place for wetlands but to be pulled by GC
18. Master plan should have given the IDA all the impacts or expectation
19. Once Medient starts project the county will control development.
20. Date parameters on plan is cleaned up and addressed. What dates can be changed and what are not flexible.
21. Project is now back at square one. Except of trigger dates for jobs.
22. Contingency for some dates.
23. The way it looks scares me....like moving turtles.
24. 5 miles of water and 5 miles of sewer don't get done easy...or cheap
25. For once I feel comfortable now that a contractor is in place.
26. They owe us a lot.
27. Approve Medient master plan per memorandum of March
