how do you know contracts have officially been signed other than herbal elements? I have only seen LOI"S at this point. I'm as confident as you but I'm a proof guy..I'd like to know who has shared these signed contracts with you?? Have you seen them with your own eyes...did I miss a PR specifically naming companies they locked in? LOI's are a looong way from signed sealed delivered contracts.
