I don't think the news can be that far away. But you never know. We know the deal will be completed, it's just a matter of when. Many investors on the pinksheets have been burned so many times by lying CEOs that they are not willing to give a CEO the benefit of the doubt. So they rather sell than keep waiting on something to happen based on what the CEO says. If I had powder, I would scoop up as many as I could.
